Techizz

Techizz ATS is a web application which eases the Human Resource Department to work swiftly in the organization. The ATS is authorized by 3 types of users namely Recruiter, Manager and Administrator. Of the three, Recruiter and Manager have customized roles and activities throughout the system whereas Admin remains as default role of the system. These three types of users interact with three types of modules of the system namely Candidates, Jobs and Corporates. The work flow of the system depends on these modules. The basic work flow is described as follows:

Admin creates a corporate, a site of the corporate and a site contact of the site. Admin/Manager creates a job of the corporate and assigns the job to the team of the manager. Recruiter adds candidates to the system and assigns the job to the candidate and the status is updated to the Manager/Admin through default notification and Email. Recruiter can send the job description to the candidate as well. Manager/Admin updates the profile of the candidate to the associated site contact of the corporate. Manager/Admin updates the status of the candidate given by the client into the system and the interview process of the candidate continue till there is a select or a reject status of the candidate.

The features of the system include: 

1. Quick Dashboard for each user to look into their daily activities. 

2. Notifications/Emails: Each user gets notifications/emails which help them to stay connected with their work flow. 

3. Customized Roles: Admin can restrict actions and access of pages by assigning predefined/customized roles to the Manager/Recruiter. 

4. Search: Searching is provided to each block of the table in the entire system. Separate Boolean Search is provided for the candidate search where they can get particular candidates based on provided search terms. 

5. Excel Export: User can export selected candidates with customized attributes into an Excel Sheet. 

6. Recommended Jobs and Candidates: Each candidate gets recommended jobs and each job gets recommended candidates for the user to assign. This facility cuts down the user time to search for suitable jobs for a particular candidate and suitable candidates for a particular job respectively. 

7. Candidate’s categorization: Candidates can be categorized by two options for the flexibility of the user. They can be categorized as Assigned Jobs and Unassigned Jobs to the candidate.

8. My Tasks: Each user can assign their tasks for them to work on. 

9. Assigned Tasks: Recruiters get assigned tasks from the Manager or Administrator.
